My 16 yr old son, Dalton, has the honor of naming my business! While my mom was teaching me how to wire wrap rings, my son walked through the room and took one look at our rings and said "Those are Jankie!" to which I replied "What in the world does Jankie mean?" He said "Mom those are GAUDY!" I'll admit some of them ARE pretty gaudy, but they are just too cool!! I have fallen in LOVE with the vintage glass and rinestone buttons! He still gives me a hard time about my Jankie, but hey, that's where the extra ball game money comes from! So.... that's where Jankie Jewels started!
